Philosophy

  • What used to be a planet confined only by the physical laws of nature, is now a make-believe human construct, agreed upon and accepted as reality. Laws, borders, certificates, deadlines, holidays…

    Physics are still the only laws that confine action. The fact that you think you are confined by non-physical laws, IS the illusion. We’ll teach you how to seek truth through action and how action begets truth.

  • Society expects you to behave a certain way. It has conditioned you into thinking you need permission to act. This is a trap to keep you confined to a prescribed life. The result is you sacrifice the life you want in exchange for external validation and acceptance.

    We will teach you to unapologetically set and pursue the goals of your choosing. Your life will transform once you realize the only permission you need is your own.

  • Performance is held back by our fear of other people’s opinions. This self-consciousness is the source of all muscular tension that limits doing. This ancient survival mechanism is reinforced by our modern over-connected lives of constant comparison. 

    We’ll get your brain biased for bold, decisive action through understanding and aggressive removal of this expired circuitry and its accomplices.

Environment

  • The words you speak are a powerful unquestioned pattern of limitation. Without realizing it, our words shape our reality and restrict our physical action.

    We’ll bring awareness to your words and where they stem from. We’ll teach you to adopt powerful and objective speech that will unlock potential and redefine your reality.

  • Modern life has created a posture epidemic. Office life, smartphones and endless sitting are compressing the life out of you. This sends a powerful yet negative message to your brain. 

    Modern life is destroying your posture and the message it sends to your brain. We’ll find the sources of your poor postural habits and rectify them.

  • Your life is filled with superficial relationships and dependencies.

    We’ll thin out the crowd.

Physiology

  • Eat simple nutrient dense foods that favor sleep, digestion, lean muscle, cognition and energy 2-3 times per day.

  • Train like an athlete. Athletic strength and ability builds the skill and confidence that reveals true vitality and boldness.

  • Reframe sleep for what it is, a high performance recovery state very similar to flow. Commit to a consistent and non-negotiable sleep schedule.

Lifestyle

  • For the highest level athletes in the world, simplification, reduction and subtraction of the inessential become the only way to sustain performance.

    There is a well-defined narrow path to your goals. You have fewer options than you think. We’ll unveil the path and keep you on it. It will take what it takes.

  • Time is what you give you attention to. The system is rigged to devour your time, drain your focus, and force you into an endless loop of comparison, inadequacy and validation seeking.

    Time management is a losing battle rooted in language. You can only manage focus. Gain hours and clarity by removing excess.

  • Focus is typically effortless and automatic at this stage. We will still improve it by removing excess decisions of all sizes. Whether big or small, they are still dangling in front of you. The biggest challenge comes in maintaining focus during the in-between moments. This could be a chair-lift ride after a crash, between hits not the golf course, or plays on the football field. Pauses are where the negative internal negotiator steps in. We’ll deal with him swiftly and aggressively. dentify and remove low-value conventional tasks, nuisance decisions and social obligations. Focus is designed by nature to happen instantly. It is not supposed to need a 5 step routine or be fought for every day.
